Yes, we ship worldwide and free shipping on your order above $49 by Standard Shipping Method.

Order amount up to $500, we will ship by Express Shipping Method.

Normally we ship the goods from Hongkong. Meanwhile we also have warehouses in China Mainland and Jamaica. It depends on the situation of warehouse.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. We will finish shipping within 72 hours upon payment. 

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.

US orders are shipped by USPS/UPS, which usually take between 7 and 10 days to arrive at their destination. For orders to other destinations, UPS, DHL, FeDex etc will be selected.

You can track your parcel via the Confirmation Email. Also, you can click "Track My Order" link on our website.

We will ship within 24 hours upon payment, you can receive within 6-8 Business Day.

We accept Paypal and major Credit Card payment.

If your credit card is declined there may be a few reasons: the card has no funds available, you entered the wrong CSV security code, the card is expired, you entered the wrong billing information, the card does not allow internet purchases (card not present purchases) etc. In any event by calling your issuing bank they can tell you why the card is declining.

Solutions: Try a different credit card or try using PayPal as your checkout method.

Only unshipped orders may be cancelled. Cancellation may be done through email, please directly write to our support personnel service@hisdern.com. Refund will be issued accordingly if card is charged.

Absolutely!! Our Secure Software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best sofware available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts your credit card number so that it cannot be read as the information traveIs over the Internet.

If your address is not available, we will send you an email or call you for confirmation before shipment. Please be sure to check your email within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order.

• Unused or undamaged;
• In the original packaging.

Once you have alerted us you wish to make a return through an email, contact us with a receipt or proof of purchase and we will then direct you through the process, kindly check our return policy first.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 72 hours.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@hisdern.com

We currently do not offer additional discounts specifically for wedding orders. However, if you plan to order more than 50 items, you may qualify for our bulk order pricing.
