How Much Is Shipping? How Long Will My Order Take To Arrive?

Domestic Shipping (United States)

• Standard Shipping (8–15 Business Days): FREE on all orders of $49 USD or more. $8.90 for orders under $49.

• Express Shipping (5–8 Business Days): Flat rate of $14.99 for any size order.

International Shipping

• Canada Standard: FREE on orders of $49 USD or more ($12.99 on orders under $49). Delivered in 8–15 business days. Express shipping is available for $17.99 (5–8 business days).

• International Standard: FREE on orders of $69 USD or a flat rate of $14.99 for Standard Shipping and $20.99 for Express Shipping (5–8 business days).

  • Guaranteed Hassle-Free Delivery: All customs duties, VAT, and import taxes for EU orders are 100% pre-paid (DDP) at checkout. You will never face any unexpected extra fees or tax collections upon delivery.

Terms & Conditions For International Shipping

We can't guarantee that your shipment won't be delayed with your country's Customs Office. Unfortunately, it happens every once in awhile which we cannot control, however we'll do our best to assist if the situation occurs.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Hisdern wanna make sure every package is timely delivered, kindly make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all required information. Correct usage of abbreviations, right entering of street numbers, building and apartment numbers is important for ensuring proper delivery. Hisdern will not hold responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments, if the address information is incorrectly provided at time of ordering, we appreciate your understanding in this.

Part 1 - Order Handling and processing

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate from its actual delivery time. Depending on a number of factors, orders may take 1 to 3 days(including Saturday, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.

Part 2 - Shipping Carriers

All U.S. orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS, international orders will be handled using DHL or Fedex.

Alternative carriers may be selected at our sole discretion to meet shipping requirements. Your final shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout.

Part 3 - Shipping Time

The estimated period for processing, transit, and final delivery are included here for reference.

Please note that orders to US/JP/CA/AU/FR/GB/NL/ES/DE/UK destinations may take 5-7 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and final destination of the order. Orders to international destinations may take 7-12 business days from the date it is shipped out.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information from Hisdern.

If you do not receive the package within the above-mentioned time, please contact our customer service team in time, we will spare no effort to assist you to check the status of the package and help you receive the package as soon as possible.(customer service email: service@hisdern.com)

Part 4 - Tracking

After 2 - 3 days the customer places an order on hisdern.com, we will send an order logistics information tracking number and a specific logistics company name to your mailbox, you can track the order here: https://www.17track.net/en

Note: For tracking numbers, it may take a few days before they become active on the tracking website. If the information is not available please try again later. Please rest assured that the estimated shipping time is valid regardless of the tracking site updates. 

Part 5 - Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address, please send us an email with your order number, the current shipping address, and the address that you would like to change it to. We can change the address up until your order leaves our facility!

Note：
The address cannot be changed after shipping, so please make sure that your address is filled in correctly after ordering and before shipping.

Part 6 - Common Q&A

1. Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email service@hisdern.com. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".

2. Will I receive a tracking number?

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products.

When you receive your tracking number, if you need help tracking your order you can go here. 

We Will Send Order confirmation and shipping inform message or email after you place the order, please check it, once there exist unauthorized payment, please contact us in 7 business days, we will not process it over 7 business days.

3. My item arrived damaged. 
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.
